Changes:

• 2006-04-24: Integrated into site and made live.

• Realm Ranks stop at RR10.

• Realm Ability descriptions may be a bit dated.

• Adjust Realm Ranks to proper level.
  
• Update Realm Ability descriptions.
  
• Update Reuse timer information.
  
• further cleanup/consolidate code to meet need.
  
• Remove RA reference, integrating necessary information.
  
• Convert to PHP.
  
• Allow users to save information to database.
