The Tools on Nature's Wall....

Basically I am just curious if people are still actually using the Character Builder, Log Parser, RA Calc, Weapon Speed Calc etc...

With there no longer being a Warden TL position and the fact that noone seems to use the forums anymore I need to make a decision on the future of this site and the tools on it.

Character builder was the only one I really used anyway, and my accts are currently off. (not playing anything else, so I might be back).

This was the only working warden tool (with the right amount of points) for quite some time, but now there are other options. I think a lot of people are using DAOC-Charplan now, which runs right from the desktop.

While I hate to see the site go, I think the players can manage without it.

Yeah I hate to see it go too, but what is the point in paying for it if nobody is using it anymore? The Warden community which was once thriving is very very small now.

I still use the all the calculators and the char builder here, I prefer it to the others available... I dont really want to download any programs to do what I can do just by logging in really quick here. It would be sad to see it go but I understand about the cost of the site maintanence etc.

Glad to hear someone uses them. What I will do then, at the very least is either

1. Move the site to a subdomain of our guild site
2. Move the tools to our guild site.

perhaps if you use the site, you should send the paypal? would that make a difference in your decision to keep it up? My cluster is booming. I hate to see the best warden resource lost.

Well I guess i just came to DAOC and this site too late. This site seemed to be cool back in the day when it was more popular.

I was still using the charecter builder before I lost access to the website and was not sure how to find it again. I saw a link on the VN Boards but I can not use it at work like I can here.
