whenever I click on character builder.
I do have referer info disabled in my browser, but I'm logged in here.. The other links (RA calc, etc) all work fine, only the character builder fails.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had surgery this past Friday and still trying to recover.
Try clearing your NW cookies and reenabling your referrer info then give it another whirls as it is working ok for me.
I did add code at one point to prevent two othersites that were iframing our char building from doing so and without the referrer info, that *may* be what you are seeing.

Yes, I have referrer off on purpose, so it not working is my own fault (it works if I re-enable it). Just seemed odd that the other tools work unreferred, but charbuilder does not.
